Art Deco Art Deco Amethyst and Diamond Dinner Ring, Vintage platinum ladies' dinner ring features one round-cut amethyst, approx. 0.45, in a milgrain bezel setting at the center of an intricate filigreed setting atop a ridged ring shank. The amethyst is accented with 10 Old European and Old Mine-cut diamonds, approx. 1.66 carat total, Circa 1920.
