Art Deco Art Deco Sautoir Watch Necklace. The pendant, made of 20k white gold, features an oval silver watch face with black Arabic numerals and blue hands, set within an oval case with an hourglass-shaped lug/bail. The pendant is accented with intricate filigree engraving and round-cut diamonds and French-cut sapphires. The watch features a Swiss 16 Jewel movement #303450 by the Solvil Watch Co. Circa 1920.
