1.56 Carats Very Fine Art Deco Engagement Ring. Topping a really beautiful example of true and original Art Deco design, the 1.56 carat old European-cut diamond of unusually high quality for the period, accompanied by a report from EGL-USA stating that it is H color and VS2 clarity, between shoulders set with French-cut sapphires, to the shank and gallery decorated by smaller diamonds totaling approximately 0.30 carat, milegrain and piercework, platinum/18 karat gold. Circa '1925.
