Antiques: Beautiful Baubles PERIDOT AND DIAMOND DEMI-PARURE, MID 19TH CENTURY. Designed to the front as seven graduated plaques, each centring on a rectangular step-cut or coffin-shaped peridot, bordered by collet-set circular-cut and cushion-shaped diamonds and linked by a similarly-cut stone, suspending a stylised Maltese cross pendant, the four coffin-shaped peridot arms and radiating diamond spacers to the central cluster set with cushion-shaped diamonds, on a delicate double back chain and a step-cut peridot clasp
