Cartier Magnificent sapphire ring with diamond accents created by Cartier. Features a 6.57-ct natural non-treated Burmese sapphire accompanied with a certificate from Swiss Gemological Institute (see pic.10). The setting is made of platinum and set with two baguette cut diamonds. The ring is size 8.25; can be re-sized if needed. The ring is stamped "Cartier PT950" and has a serial number 869653.
