Cartier Art Deco sapphire and diamond lady's wristwatch by Cartier, Paris c.1925 , the cream rectangular dial with black Roman numerals, diamond set bezel with rectangular cut sapphires to either side, three sapphires of marquise and pear shape forming a triangle at the shoulders.
