French Art Nouveau Necklace. Hand made of 18k yellow gold, with white diamonds set in platinum. The necklace contains a .92- and a .56 carat cabochon emerald and a total of .36 carats of old European cut diamonds. The necklace is appropriately punctuated with a pearl. The star of the show here is the workmanship: hand-carved scrolls depicting branches, flowers and birds, all lovely organic themes for classic art nouveau jewelry.
