The rectangular case to a hinged clasp set en serti mystérieux with calibré-cut rubies and square-cut diamonds, opening to reveal a mirror, powder compartment and lipstick, mounted in yellow gold, measurements approximately 82mm x 50mm x 10mm, signed Van Cleef & Arpels and numbered, French assay and maker's marks.
