René Lalique. 1900-02 signed 'Female half-Figure' Pendant (Brooch). A shaped pendant with a female head and torso in low relief on the central ivory plaque. The frame is of white-and-lavender glass poppy blossoms whose stems form a symmetrical pattern of beige enamel and gold. A baroque pearl hangs from the base. Calouste Gulbenkian Museum, acquired from the artist in 1901.
